decent stay with some issues

location was good, it was about 25 minutes walk from the sea front. the hotel was also close to the palais des expositions de nice, the event venue i was visiting. i felt the area to be safe, even when i walked late at night.

the room was not following the usual cleaning rules. i see a very dirty rug in the room. a dirty piece of tissue was left on the vanity when i arrived. there was also an unpleasant smell in the room when i first walked in and it never went away.

I found the hotel's design very cute. The location allowed easy access to local French spots, giving an authentic experience. The staff was great, showing genuine care and attention. I especially appreciated the fantastic interior and the overall good condition of everything.

The room was a bit too hot since the air con was not working properly.
